On April 22, 2021, the Emerging Adult Justice Learning Community at the Columbia University Justice Lab released a series of three Key Elements Briefs examining specific practices and offering guidance on key elements important to consider in both the design and implementation of specialized courts, specialized probation, and specialized correctional units for emerging adults.
