Lisa McAllister is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, leading the Lab's financial management, budget creation and monitoring, staff hiring, and other administrative processes. After many years working as an academic advisor to undergraduates at the University of Maryland, Lisa's career shifted towards office and project management in both the private and public sectors. Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
