Julie Manoharan is the Justice Lab's Director of Operations and Strategy, where she is responsible for lab administration, along with strategy development and implementation. For over a decade, Julie has focused on mission-driven project development and management across non-profit, philanthropic and multi-lateral organizations. Before coming to the Justice Lab, Julie was a consultant with Global Health Strategies, where she developed and managed advocacy programs and communications campaigns focused on major global health issues. Prior to that, Julie focused on project management and strategic partnership development to address a range of issues, including green infrastructure policy reform, nationwide autism coalition building, sustainability advocacy and broad influence campaigns.
She holds a BA from Columbia University in Sustainable Development and Psychology and an MPA from Columbia School of International and Public Affairs.
